- What to download?
The site allows you to get a complete album or some songs individually, as you wish.

- How does it work?
When you find the desired artist or album, make a click in the CD cover and you will access to a list of all the tracks included in this album. Clicking over the audio icon you can listen to a 30 seconds sampler of the song. Select the tracks or album you desire and add them to your Downloading List, remember that before you can add tracks to your Downloading List you have to log in My Account (if you still didn't create ana account in Blackstar Digital, you can do it without any cost from here).
In order to download tracks you must have in your digital account credit equal or superior to the price of the track you pretend to download. One of the advantages of Blackstar Digital is that once you acquired your tracks you can listen to them freely in every PC you want, mp3 players, iPods and similar devices. Blackstar Digital uses exclusively mp3 format for audio files and these files can be played in any device supporting mp3 without restrictions.

- How to search songs?
You can look for songs through the superior buttons by catalogue, band or in our browser, that allows you the option of entering the data yourself and make a simple or advanced research (by artist name, album, year of release or song). Attention: You must not include accents or symbols in the search field. For instance, to search "Lörihen" or "Jerikó", accent or umlaut must not be included. Simply enter Lorihen or Jeriko. If you have doubts about how an artist, song or album name is written, we recommend you to enter a bit of the name you are certain about even when the field remains incomplete.

- How much the tracks and albums cost?
Each track has its own cost, in any case you can see the price of each track in the description depicted on its side. Of course, purchasing an entire album is often cheaper than the individual tracks, aside that some albums contain bonus audio or video tracks (FREE) that only can be downloaded along the purchase of the whole album.

- How to buy tracks?
The way to by music is very simple:
The site have a credit system. Each album and track has an assigned cost in credits that you can see in the detail of each album or track. To buy, you must have credits in your account enough to be discounted in the moment of the purchase. To add credits, log in to My Account (if you still didn't create an account in Blackstar Digital, you can do it without any cost from here), follow the steps detailed in the screen and choose the way of payment. There are two ways of payment:
The first one is for users of all around the world, by direct payment through PayPal with credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) -if you still don't have a Paypal account, you can see details of how to get one here-.
The second one is for users of Republica Argentina only, through Dinero Mail (Pago Fácil, RapiPago o bank transfers)
NOTE: users in Argentina can also pay with PayPal.
All payments made through PayPal are instant, for you can download immediately. On the other hand, payments through Dinero Mail are tied to indeterminated delay for confirmation. Blackstar Digital will be confirming via e-mail when the payment is ready and your credits are available in your account. Only then you will be able to make your downloads. The minimum purchase is 10 (ten) credits, equal to u$s 0,93 (93 cents of EEUU dolar). Each album or track you download in your PC will discount credits from your account. Credits that you don't use in the purchasing of tracks or albums will remain stored in your account for future buyings and will not be erased. In My Account or Downloading List you can see your available credit and the detail of the tracks you already downloaded.

- Is there any cost of subscription or any other aditional cost?
No. Buying songs does not generate any monthly charge or other. There is no maintenance costs or deductions of any other kind.

- What quality do the mp3s have?
Blackstar Digital codifies all mp3 files in 192 Kbps bitrate (CD quality).

- Are the downloads of songs safe in Blackstar Digital?
Blackstar Digital grants that all music downloaded from the site is virus free and safe for your PC. Please notice that Blackstar Digital takes no responsibility for any problem in your PC related to the software of the system, programs or hardware.

- Are the downloads of songs legal in Blackstar Digital?
Every download of songs you buy at Blackstar Digital is legal, as far as you apply to the conditions specified in our Disclaimer. Blackstar Digital only offers downloads of songs legally licensed to be sold to the general public for personal use.

-Advices to get the best results with music downloads of Blackstar Digital:
To avoid problems when downloading and listen to songs, we advise the use of Windows 98, XP, Vista or updated versions of your operative system; Internet Explorer version 6 or superior; and disconnect firewalls, pop-up blockers and download accelerators.

-Do I need to have broadband internet access to download songs?
We recommend you broadband internet access, but it is not required to download music.

-How much time it takes to download a song?
Downloading a regular song (about 3 - 6 MB) may take:
Broadband (T1, DSL, ISDN, cable modem): below 3 minutes; 56 Kbps modem: 15-20 minutes. Usually downloading time varies, depending on the lenght of the song, your system configuration, traffic of our site and web traffic.

-Can I transfer downloaded music from Blackstar Digital to portable players?
Yes, most portable devices play mp3 archives. Please check the documentation that comes along with your portable player to confirm that it is apt for the mp3 format.

-Why must I create a digital account?
Creating an account in Blackstar Digital allows you to buy and download songs to your computer. From your account you will be able to: download songs, buy credits to download songs, see the credit availabel in your account, check the tracks you already downloaded, etc.

-How do you use your digital account?
In your digital account you will have a detail of your remaining credit to buy tracks and date and amount of each buying. You can acquire credits to buy more tracks and see te detail of all the purchased tracks.

-Can I return a track?
No. Purchases are final. Once you downloaded a track you cannot give it back. If you have any problem to listen to the songs you downloaded please contact us through the menu Contact. 

-Can I sell the tracks I downloaded from Blackstar Digital?
No. Conditions of our Disclaimer (which you accept when you buy music at Blackstar Digital) forbids all commercial use of the songs you download.
